What is a Responsive Organization?
We invite you to explore and promote practices by which teams and organizations can be better at responsiveness to changes, people, futures and operating as a network.
We wish to enable a Open network which seeks to look at the Future of Work from multiple perspectives and enable the exploration and learning of responsive practices.
We want to be a Learn & Do Network that promotes capacity building and impact.
We do this by Feed Forward practices, putting forward what we’re learning and sharing our results by means of Commons. We share information, organize meetups and provide services to make change happen.

We, and the whole non-profit Open Knowledge Finland association that we’re part of, are project funded. If your team or organization is interested in learning more or exploring responsiveness, do check our services by which you can support our cause.
Are you interested in hearing what Responsive Organizations are all about? We have a lot of experience in talking at public events. You can ask us to come and give a talk at your event.

Want to get hands-on experience on how your team or organization can be more responsive?
We’ve done a bunch or workshops in our meetups and elsewhere for example on responsive team practices, aligning the elements of an responsive organization using the OS Canvas, Lego Serious Play and an upcoming workshop at Dare to Learn on Responsive Learning.
